Dallas Plumbing Goes International

As of July 1st, 2004, one of the nation’s largest cities, Dallas, Texas, adopted building safety and fire prevention codes developed by the International Code Council to guide construction and protect the residents of the community.

Dallas initially adopted the 2000 versions of the International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, Energy Conservation, Residential, and Existing Building Codes, but as of January 1st, 2006, Dallas moved to the 2003 editions of the above listed codes.
