Alvarado Homeowner is Pleasantly Surprised
I submitted a request for plumbing service through Plumbing Networks.
Malessa in your office called to ask if I needed plumbing service performed and I told her that one of your competitor’s called and arranged to come give me a bid.
I asked if I was not happy with that estimate, could I call Innerline back. While waiting for the other company to show up, Malessa called me back to see if I still needed your services and I told her I just spoke with the other company and they were twenty minutes out and could I call Innerline back if their bid was too high. Malessa assured me that they would be able to take care of my plumbing issues if the other company was too high and that we would be available for me.
I was not happy with the other company’s price and I called back and spoke to Malessa and gave her my address and directions and she told me that the technicians would be at my home shortly.
She was so nice and sweet and the technicians were nice, polite and did a very good job. The next time I need any plumbing work done I will be sure to call Innerline Plumbing and I will do everything I can to refer you to everyone I can who needs plumbing work done.Viv. S.
