Yet another satisfied Innerline Plumbing customer!
I just want to Thank Craig & the Innerline Plumbing Team, you just saved me again. Seems like some plumbing issues are emergencies and both times I received immediate help to my problems.
This past Thursday after our son moved into a rental home he called and the Gas Co. said the water heater vent pipe needed repair as it was not hooked up due to the old resident stepping through the ceiling above in the storage area. The water heater would leak carbon monoxide into the home if not fixed. He had no hot water for 2 days already and just got out of the hospital. I called Innerline, HELP! I rec’d same day service & immediate repair.
Our previous emergency was our main cast iron pipe became backed up and caused major flooding in our home. Innerline came with their camera, showed us the tree roots & broken pipe, completely repaired & up and running the same day.
Their employees are great to work with, seem like family and always are courteous and the areas were cleaned as if nothing happened.
Non-Emergency – Outside Hose bibs leaking, can’t turn completely off. With cold weather approaching I called as this can cause pipe freezing & bursting inside the walls. Repaired within an couple hours & we didn’t even notice Innerline was here. Great job!!
Now let me schedule the Shower & Faucet replacement! Can’t wait!
