Thank you for your prompt response and quick action yesterday.
I began my morning with the chore of calling someone to fix a leak, and I admit I didn’t realize that a plumber would be able to fix a problem that was outside the home. Since my areas of expertise are obviously not related to home repair, I had to rely completely on the expert advice of whatever businesses I contacted — a scary situation for a customer, especially considering I had no way to know how costly my leak was, no frame of reference to know how long it should take or the structures that might be affected in the repair, and no means to effectively validate prices.
Your company responded within 60 seconds of my online request — an astonishing response time! I expected that I would have to wait several hours before a specialist could visit my home, but your crew was on-site within an hour — again, an amazingly short time. Ever since my family moved into our first home a couple of years ago, we have not needed plumbing services, but I had heard friends/relatives talk about lagging response times and long-duration forecasts (e.g., arrival time somewhere within a 4-hour window)…a quality that gladly appears to be a foreign concept to your company.
The gentlemen that arrived to fix the leak exceeded my expectations. Although I’m accustomed to working indoors with office personnel, Michael and Russ carried themselves with a level of professionalism that, frankly, I hadn’t previously associated with the plumbing industry. They were well-dressed (considering the environment and the task at-hand), well-spoken, courteous, knowledgeable, and (ok…I have to say it) quite handsome. Although the repair required a fair amount of digging near my front shrubbery, they were careful to avoid collateral damage. They were fine representatives of your company, and they deserve a pat on the back.
Your price was highly competitive, so when I consider the pleasant experience of the service in conjunction with a reasonable price…I know who to call when I need a plumber.
