Dallas Homeowner Has Plumbing Problem Solved By Innerline Plumbing

I consider myself very fortunate having found Innerline Plumbing one late Monday night in August of this year. I needed a company to locate and fix a water leak that more than likely was located under the driveway of our home.

With my husband out of town I surfed the web. What I read on Innerline’s website appealed to me, the history of the family-owned business and the testimonials.

Since it was late at night I sent an email explaining my problem and leaving my contact information for the next morning. I was amazed how quickly I heard from Craig Woolheater and that he would have someone at the house within the next hour. By the end of my first conversation with Craig I knew I would be in good hands. Over the course of the next week Craig’s crew located the quite complex problem and fixed it. It was not an easy repair, permits from and inspections by the City were involved.

We also ran into a problem with the City water meter leaking, but Craig handled it all. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I was able to be at work having total confidence in the Innerline crew working back at the house. Craig kept me updated via phone and email. He explained every step of the leak detection process, the repair and the charges involved.

I have passed on Innerline’s contact info to friends and aquaintances and highly recommend them. Customer service does not get any better than this. I wish Craig and Innerline the best for their continued success in the business.Christa Liczbinski
