This green plumbing retrofit was performed at no cost to the homeowner.

We installed a FAFCO solar water heating system in conjunction with the home’s A.O Smith ProMax water heater.

The FAFCO solar water heating system install was performed as an approved project for the Oncor Take A Load Off, Texas solar water heating incentive program.

The project qualified under the program’s low income guidelines.

We also replaced the existing Ferguson 1.6 GPF contractor grade toilets with state of the art Niagra Stealth 0.8 GPF high efficiency toilets.

Niagra donated the two toilets for the project, as well as 1.5 GPM showerheads and 0.5 GPM faucet aerators.

We will be tracking the energy and water usage on the home moving forward, comparing upcoming month’s bills to the previous year’s bills.
